The Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors are excited to announce the inaugural Bill’s Barktoberfest! If you had the pleasure of knowing Bill Walsh, Sr., you know he was an avid Dog Lover and a huge supporter of anything that had to do with Man’s Best Friend.
Join us as we honor his legacy to the Community of Ottawa with a Memorial Barktoberfest on Saturday, Oct. 21, from 9 am to 1 pm at the Jordan Block!

Pack Walk
Come help kick off Bill’s Barktoberfest with a Pack Walk with K9 Precision Training! All donations will go toward the new dog park in Ottawa. In-person registration will begin at 8:3 0am on October 21, and the pack walk will begin promptly at 9 am and take approximately 20-30 minutes.

Pooch Parade and Canine Costume
There’s only one thing cuter than pooches on parade, and that’s costumed pooches on parade. If you’re not a fan of the scary and spooky, rest assured that adorableness also wins prizes. Whether Fido’s ensemble is cute, comical, clever, or creepy, give him the chance to show it off at Bill’s Barktoberfest.
